Giggle Girl
My parents came to visit this weekend and yesterday, before we all left, my mom had Emily giggling like CRAZY! It was SOOO cute!
Friday, we went to dinner with Chris, Tracy, and their kids at Smokey Bones. Emily slept the ENTIRE time. Even through the trip to Bruester's afterwards!
Saturday, my parents came over. Later on, Chris's parents also came over. We visited for a while and then Chris and I went out on a date! Our first one, post-Emily. :) It was fun. We went out to eat at a nice restaurant and then went to see Troy. The movie was okay. VERY long. We got home around 10:45 (WOW! We usually go to bed at 8!) and Emily was still awake! My mom said she kept putting her down, but she'd keep waking up again. My dad said she was very good and was rolling over like crazy!
Sunday, we got up and I made us all breakfast. We went over to Jillian's at Discover Mills for my mom's company get together. Jillian's is like Dave and Busters. It was fun. We got to show Emily off and play some fun games. Lunch there was good. Emily got REALLY fussy toward the end and started screaming her head off. Once I got her to take the bottle, she fell right to sleep and slept until we got home. Before we left DM, we walked around the mall. We stopped at the Carter's outlet and my mom bought Emily two little jumpers. I LOVE these outfits. They're like sleeveless onesies, but they have a little skirt on the front. So, Emily can play with the skirt and lift it up and it still looks like a dress, but it doesn't ride up in the back like dresses do. She's SUCH a cutie.
Out of the past 7 nights, Emily's slept through all but one of them! Yea Emily! We took her to the neurosurgeon this morning too and she got a good checkup. We go back in 4 months. I brought her here to work with me this morning and let everyone "ooh" and "aah" over her. She performed well. :-D
