Sign 2 Me
We went to Primrose last night for the introduction to the sign language program they're going to start on Monday. SO cool. I'm VERY excited about this. It's going to be so cool that she'll be able to communicate with us before she can speak! That takes a lot of pressure off, ya know? They'll start the babies with "Eat," "Milk," and "More." They usually don't start doing it until 9 months or so, but it can't hurt to go ahead and start it, can it? I just ordered the book and training video off Amazon a little bit ago. Today is Silly Sock Day at Primrose. Emily's got her little striped socks on. They have a little teddy bear head (like a stuffed animal) on each foot. They've both got little rattles in them too, so when she moves her feet, they make noise. How cute is that??
The stopping of the BFing is going okay. I got it down to only once every 24 hours for a couple of days. Right now, I'm going on 28 hours. I'm hurting just a little, but I want to wait as long as I can. I want to turn this pump back in to the hospital before I have to pay for another month!
Emily's slept through the night EVERY day this week. She's also still flipping over to her belly and sleeping that way. I'm getting better about the nervousness over this, but I'd still rather she not. Oh well, there's not really anything I can do about it.
I've got Chris's Father's Day gift(s). I'm not gonna talk about them here until after I give them to him, though. I don't *think* he reads this, but just to be sure...
